The Spanish and English sides are battling it out to top their Champions League group, with the teams level on 10 points after four games, leaving Krasnodar and Rennes in their wake on just one each. If there is a winner on Wednesday night then they will be in pole position to win the group and be more likely to get a favourable draw in the last 16. Lopetegui is very impressed with Frank Lampard’s side and despite their previous meeting this season ending in a goalless draw, feels they are an extremely potent threat going forward.
