Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly on the verge of signing a new contract with Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr, worth a staggering €3.8m per week.

This deal would solidify his position as the highest-paid footballer in football history.

Ronaldo, 39, joined Al-Nassr in January 2023 after a highly publicized departure from Manchester United.

The Saudi Pro League's recruitment of Ronaldo has led the movement of attracting top players like Neymar, Karim Benzema, and Ivan Toney to the Middle Eastern nation with lucrative offers.

According to Saudi outlet 'Al Khabar' via AS, Ronaldo has agreed to extend his contract, which expires at the end of the season.
