2027 WWC Playoffs: Olopade Backs Super Falcons For Victory Over South Africa
Director General of the National Sports Commission, NSC, Bukola Olopade has charged the Super Falcons to go for victory against Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
The Super Falcons will take on Desire Ellis’ side in a highly anticipated 2027 FIFA Women’s World cup playoff match at the Moulay Rachid Stadium, Casablanca on Thursday (today).
Nigeria lost 1-0 to the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in the quarter-final of the ongoing 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Falcons, however still have a big chance to qualify for the 2027 World cup via the inter-confederation playoff.
