New signing Jadon Sancho started for Manchester United in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Burnley at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Fellow new signing Raphael Varane did not feature, having been announced as a United player on Saturday prior to the opening league game, but 22 players were in action.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side opened their Premier League campaign with an impressive 5-1 home victory over Leeds United to take an early lead at the top of the table.
United face Southampton away in their second match of the season on Sunday, whilst Burnley are away to Liverpool on Saturday at lunchtime.
Solskjaer made ten changes to the side that won on Saturday, with captain Harry Maguire the only survivor, despite having played the full 90 minutes at the weekend.
Sancho and Anthony Martial started in attack after being introduced for the final quarter of an hour on Saturday, along with Nemanja Matic who played the last 20 minutes.
The rest of the starting 11 were all unused subs on Saturday, except for Eric Bailly, who had been representing the Ivory Coast at the Olympics in recent weeks.
He and club team-mate Amad Diallo featured as their country reached the quarter-finals and Bailly marked his return for United by picking up a yellow card during the first half.
