Ndombele wants out of Spurs

Tottenham would sign Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon in 2019 for a club-record €60m.

Ndombele would not hit the ground running at Spurs, with the midfielder seemingly struggling to adapt to the aggressive nature of the Premier League and its physical demands.

But when Jose Mourinho left the club and was replaced by Nuno Espirito Santo, some Tottenham fans were no doubt hopeful we would finally see the best of Ndombele in a Spurs shirt.

However, this has not yet happened, with Nuno leaving the midfielder out of all of his pre-season games and then against Manchester City last weekend.

The Portuguese then confirmed on Friday that Ndombele would not be featuring against Wolves this weekend.
