Keane Urges Manchester United To Strip Fernandes Of Captaincy

 

Erstwhile Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane has advised his former club to strip Bruno Fernandes of the club’s captaincy.

Fernandes was named United’s captain at the start of the current campaign ,                           Keane however stated that the Portuguese is not fit for the role. “Today having watched him again I would take the captaincy off him 100 per cent. I know it’s a big decision, obviously they changed the captaincy with Maguire, but Fernandes is not captain material,” Keane told Sky Sports News after the Red Devils 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
