Tijani Targets More Goals For Plymouth Argyle

Nigeria forward Muhammad Tijani is determined to score on a regular basis for Sky Bet Championship outfit, Plymouth Argyle.

Tijani netted twice in Argyle’s 5-1 rout of EFL League Two club Cheltenham Town on Saturday.

The former Flying Eagles striker scored his first goal of the game nine minutes from half time.

The 24-year-old registered his second a minute before the hour mark.

The striker expressed his desire to score more goals for Wayne Rooney’s side after their first pre-season game.

“Going into the season with the same hunger. A big thank you to our fans that came to Whaddon Road,” Tijani wrote on X.

The striker joined Argyle on loan from Czech Republic outfit Slavia Prague last month.
